WELCOME TO KBLCTV 78. We are new local cable television station based in the nerve center West Oakland. We are  on the cutting edge of live original television programming which  allows all of our viewers to interact with our hosts locally by calling into the programs live (See program schedule for times) and by email with (positive) comments to our hosts. Even if the program isn't live we encourage you to email anyway let us know how are doing and to let us know what is going on in our schools, churches and local city government.

 KBLCTV not only broadcasts live but we are also live on the internet via  live streaming    When we say live streaming we mean live streaming. During our scheduled air time what ever is on Channel 78 that is what is playing on the internet. During our off hours we are advertising, playing movies or you can click on "On Demand" to replay a program that you might have missed during the week. So basically we are streaming 24-7. 

KBLCTV is it's own production house. We not only produce all of our live programs and pre-recorded programs we also produce our own advertisement, as special events.
